I do have Mask if anyone needs to have one, I do wear a mask within my suite just for my comfortability. No one is required to wear a mask unless you absolutely need to. Mobile Massages, please decide where you would like your therapist to set up. The living room or an area on the main level is ideal. No second level unless that you have your own table. Your therapist will need at least 10’ x 12’ of space to set up. Your therapist should be able to walk comfortably around the massage table. Your therapist arrives ready to massage. I will provide a massage table, massage lotion/oil, and relaxation music, unless if you choose to have your own .Due to Covid-19, we do ask clients to provide their own linens and blanket (2 flat sheets twin or full is ok and 1 pillow case. Mobile service Cost will be the regular price plus an addtional fee for travel and convience fee of $25 depending on distance I will only travel up to 30min or a 15 to 20 miles radius anything over that will be addtional. PAYMENT PLANS ARE AVAILABLE FOR BODY CONTOURING AND PROCELL Skin Therapy. CAUTION: There is a nonrefundable policy on packages and monthly memberships. You will have 4 monthly payments and will have 12 months to use all your packages. CANCELLATION POLICY
Hello, and thank you for choosing Elevate Hair and Body Spa. MY CANCELLATION POLICIES are as follows. If you must cancel or have any changes regarding any appointment, I respectfully request 24-hour advance notice. Must leave me a text message only, and the appointment must be rescheduled at that time. If this policy is broken, a 50% fee will be charged. For no shows no call, it's an immediate charge of 100% of the service cost. The same day cancellation will be 50% of the service cost as stated above, and if you do not rebook that appointment at the time of cancellation, 100% fee will be charged BOOKING APPOINTMENTS ... A card MUST be on file in order to book any appointments, There will be a 25% deposit which will be allocated towards the service , absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS. The 25% will not be refunded. If you fail to contact us within the 24 hours, there will be an inconvenience fee of 50%. A 100% fee for no show /now call. If this behavior persists more than 2 times, unfortunately, it will result in a discharge as a client. My business highly depends on loyalty and respect , time is money, and money is time. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding SPA MASSAGE POLICY ALL NEW CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE AN OVER THE PHONE CONSULTATION BEFORE THEIR APPOINTMENT BE BOOKED. FOR COLOR SERVICES I WOULD RATHER IN PERSON IF POSSIBLE, IF NOT I WILL NEED PICS OF YOUR HAIR FROM ALL SIDES FRONT AND BACK. MUST CALL THE SPA VIA TEXT OR LEAVE A MESSAGE, AND SOMEONE WILL GET BACK TO YOU WITHIN 24 HOURS. WILL REQUIRE TO FILL OUT CONSENT FORMS. ELEVATE HAIR AND BODY SPA RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY CLIENTS WHO ARE INAPPROPRIATE. THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL ATMOSPHERE, AND WILL BE KEPT THAT WAY. SALON POLICIES All color keratin treatments and extension services require an in person consultation, which will require a patch test no EXCEPTIONS. We advise you to be truthful about your hair history, such as the last time you had color and what kind of color whether box, henna, fashion colors, perms, relaxers, etc inform about medications you are on and have you had any major Surgeries within 6 to 12 months. This way, we can provide the services that will be safe for you. The use of product consumption is as follows. For color services 2oz for services any additional usage of color will be $10 per 1oz additional to service cost if needed, and for Lightner 2oz with a $10 per oz add on if more product is needed. KERATIN SERVICE 1oz per treatment, for med to long hair add additional $15 will be added per OZ. FACIAL POLICIES Must inform Esthetian of any proceedure you had done within 1 week, such as fillers, Botox, and peels. As for medication, if you are taking any acne medication such as accutane (Isotretinoin) antidepressants and psychiatric medication such as Prozac, Zoloft or Paxil which can cause photo sensitivity to your skin and interfere with treatments.
